Not another wellness app

Most self-development tools ask you to perform being okay. This one doesn't.

Rage, grief, and chaos aren't obstacles to the work here — they're the work. MirrorReflect is built for people ready to stop passing down what they didn't choose.

01

Healing isn't tidy

No forced positivity, no pastel filters over hard days. If you're furious, grieving, or numb, that's a valid place to start from — not something to fix before you begin.

02

Built for generational healing

This is deeper work than a mood tracker. It's for the patterns that got handed down to you — the ones you're the first to name, and the first to interrupt.

03

Five reflections, one you

You're not one mood on one day. MirrorReflect meets you as soft, fierce, dark, goofy, or raw — whichever one is true right now — and grows with you as that changes.

Why this exists

I built this because I got tired of pretending I was fine so a wellness app would feel comfortable around me.

Every self-help tool I tried wanted the calm version of me — the one who'd already done the work, who cried pretty, who could summarize her trauma in a gratitude journal entry. I hadn't done the work. I was furious, and grieving, and some days I was neither of those, I was just tired. MirrorReflect exists because none of that should have to be resolved before you're allowed to start. This is generational healing, not a mood board: it's for the patterns you inherited without asking for them, and the decision to be the one who finally puts them down.

Built by someone who needed it first. MirrorReflect started as a personal practice — five ways of talking to myself that actually matched how I felt — before it became something other people could use too.

What this is not

  • — Not therapy. No diagnosis, no clinical treatment. Built with therapy-adjacent depth for the days between sessions, or before you're ready for one.
  • — Not a personality test for fun. Unlike a quick Enneagram or MBTI quiz you take once and forget, your Reflection is meant to be used daily and can change as you do.
  • — Not another wellness app asking you to perform calm. Rage, grief, and chaos are welcome here — they're the work, not a detour from it.
I stopped waiting to feel okay before I let myself begin.

How it works

Four steps. Every day, however it shows up.

01

Take the quiz

About two minutes. No right answers — just the ones that are true for you today. You'll get your Reflection type at the end.

02

Check in daily

Short audio pieces — 3 to 5 minute meditations and chants — tuned to your archetype's voice, not a generic script.

03

Journal in the Mirror

Timestamped video entries. Use "Look Back" to watch your own past selves — literal, visible proof that you're unfolding.

04

Run a sprint

7, 21, or 30 days at a time, with built-in grace days. This isn't about a perfect streak — it's about staying in it.

Some days grace looks like showing up. Some days it looks like not showing up and forgiving myself anyway.

Inside the app

Everything is built to show you the work, not just tell you about it.

The Mirror

A video journal that looks back

Every entry is timestamped. "Look Back" resurfaces old ones at the right moment, so you can literally watch yourself grow — not just remember that you did.

Sprints

7, 21, or 30-day arcs

Points, badges, and momentum — with grace days built into the structure, because a missed day isn't a failed streak. It's part of the arc.

Check-ins

Archetype-tuned audio

Short meditations and chants written in your Reflection's voice — soft, fierce, dark, goofy, or raw — not a one-size-fits-all script read at you.

Human Design layer

Unlocks a few days in

Once you're in the rhythm, a deeper layer opens up — another lens on how you're wired, added when it'll actually land.

I didn't need another app telling me to breathe. I needed one that let me be furious first.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

What if I don't relate to just one archetype?+
Most people don't, all the time. The quiz finds where you are right now, not a permanent label. You can revisit any Reflection whenever it fits — a fierce week and a soft week can both be true.
Is this therapy?+
No. MirrorReflect isn't a replacement for therapy or clinical care. It's built with therapy-adjacent depth — real reflection work, not surface-level affirmations — for the days between sessions, or for people not ready for a therapist's office yet.
What's a grace day?+
A built-in day off inside your sprint that doesn't break your streak. Life happens. Grace days mean missing a day is part of the plan, not a reason to start over.
Can I switch my Reflection later?+
Yes, any time. Retake the quiz whenever you want, or switch manually if you already know where you are. Your journal and progress carry over with you.
